Shipping

All shipping fees are calculated by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Available items will be charged and dispatched as soon as possible. Shipping times listed during checkout reflect the estimated duration once your order has actually shipped, but bear in mind that we are a small company and it may take several additional days for orders to be shipped. Please note that these delivery times are approximate values stated by our delivery partners and cannot be guaranteed. You will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped. Payment method

CoART Publications accepts payments by credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Visa) and PayPal. All list prices are exclusive of sales tax.

Changing an Order

CoART Publications is unable to make any changes to an order after it has been submitted. To update an order, including shipping address, a request to cancel the initial order must be made and, once accepted, a new order placed. If an order has already been shipped and the shipping address needs to be changed, you will need to contact your local delivery company once the parcel has arrived in the country of delivery.

Returns Policy

If an order's content is incorrect, or if contents arrive damaged, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including any original shipping costs. In the case of a return made for reasons other than a damaged or incorrect delivery, the purchaser bears the total shipping costs but receives a full refund of the purchase price. To receive a refund, please return your item/s to us within 14 days of the delivery date and in the same condition you received them. Our limited edition titles are not commonly offered to retailers, schools, or libraries, but those interested can email their detailed information to contact@coartbooks.com to see if an exception can be made.

For the purpose of executing an order, we provide your information to the shipping company responsible for delivery to the extent necessary to effect delivery. Depending on which payment service provider you chose during the ordering process, we will share the necessary payment information with the credit institute commissioned with the payment and possibly with the payment service provider commissioned by us and/or the selected payment service. Sometimes the chosen payment service providers collect this information themselves if you open an account with them.
